  We were hoping for a little action on our way to Morgan's Heaven, but nothing happened. Ford Depot is situated in the desert terrain of Morgan's Heaven, which is as scorchingly hot as Cooperworld in Aymiay. However, unlike Cooperworld, it is extremely dry. We only went out at night since the day is far too hot. Ford Depot is a place of great temperature contrasts - extremely hot days and extremely cold nights. The starbase is actually built out of the same type of concrete used for starbases on planets without an atmosphere due to the harshness of the climate.

  We decided to spend the evening in the now cool town. Like Aymiay, this is a system that's well enough organized that piracy, although present, isn't really rife - it's better for a bounty hunter's holiday spot rather than as a place to make a living. Ford Depot is very active at night as the locals take advantage of the lower temperatures, meaning there's plenty to keep yourself occupied with. The locals have a soft spot for Riedquatian ales, so there's always a good supply freshly imported.
